1. Insolvency and bankruptcy code 2016: We have immense opportunities and can file cases on company(s) & LLP(s) and recover amounts from the COMPANY/LLP if the outstanding amount is not less than Rs 1 lac.
2. Forensic Audit: Many Govt. agencies, banks and insolvency professionals are appointing Forensic auditors to know the correct position of accounts/ business. Forensic audit reports are treated as authentic evidence in the court while the normal audit reports are not considered as evidence in the court.

In group insurance, insurance coverage starts from the day one policy is taken. 4. RERA: RERA is a new law and many compliances have to done by Real Estate companies under RERA, but no competent consultants are available. The good thing is that we have adequate knowledge of RERA and also good tie-up with concerned authorities and professionals
